Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Hair By Sooniya, you agree to these terms and conditions. Services include bridal hair styling, editorial shoots, event styling, private appointments, and online hair lessons.

2. Booking & Payment

• •A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• •Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
• •Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and digital payments.
• •Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• •Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the appointment receive a full refund minus the deposit.
• •Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may forfeit the deposit.
• •For bridal services, a 7-day cancellation notice is required for deposit refunds.
• •Rescheduling is available subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

• •Clients should have clean, dry hair unless otherwise specified.
• •Provide accurate information about hair type, allergies, and preferences.
• •Ensure adequate space and lighting for mobile services.
• •Be punctual and ready at the agreed appointment time.

5. Liability

While every effort is made to provide exceptional service, Hair By Sooniya cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions to products (when full disclosure has been provided), or outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice.

Professional insurance is maintained for all services provided.

6. Photography & Marketing

Photos may be taken of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes. Clients will be asked for consent before any images are published on social media or marketing materials.

7. Travel & Location

• •Travel costs may apply for locations outside Zone 2 London.
• •Parking fees, if applicable, will be added to the final invoice.
• •Service areas primarily cover Central London and surrounding regions.
